This visa stream is for citizens of the People’s Republic of China who travel often to Australia for business or personal reasons.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You must be a People’s Republic of China citizen who intends to travel to Australia often for personal or for business purposes.
You must only stay in Australia for a maximum of 3 months at every visit.
You cannot include your family members on the visa application.
You must be in your home Country when making this application and when the decision is made.
You must meet the Australian health and character requirements.
You must have and maintain health insurance

BENEFITS

You can be a tourist, participate in family holidays, visit friends, undertake cruise trips or undertake business activities.
You could apply for another visa if there are no conditions attached preventing you from doing so. If there are conditions attached to this visa, you will have to seek a waiver.
It could be granted for up to 10 years stay.
