    This visa stream is for citizens from certain areas of China visiting Australia on a tour organised by an approved travel agent. 

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • You must be a People’s Republic of China citizen on an Australian tour organised by an approved travel agent.
    • You must remain with the organised tour group.
    • You must leave Australia with your tour group.
    • You must be in your home Country when making this application and when the decision is made.
    • You cannot include your family members on this visa.
    • You must meet the Australian health and character requirements.
    • You must have and maintain health insurance.
