    TEMPORARY WORK VISA

    The 457 visa was abolished and replaced with the TSS visa. The TSS visa will be comprised of a Short-Term stream and Medium-Term stream. It allows you to live and work in Australia for up to 4 years (and renewable). If your occupation is on the MLTSSL  and you’ve been in the country and worked for the same sponsor for 3 years, you could be nominated for a permanent residency visa through the ‘186 visa temporary resident transition stream’.

    PERMANENT 186 VISA & PROVISIONAL 494 VISA

    The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) enables Australian employers to sponsor highly skilled workers to live and work permanently in Australia.

    Whether you are eligible for the temporary resident transition or the direct entry option, this employer-nominated visa gives permanent residency to you and your family. We can advise you on which route to take, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    If you’re sponsored on this visa, your employer must be based in a designated regional area. You will need a skill assessment and the employer obligations also apply.
