This visa caters to employers who have a labour agreement with the Australian Government.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You must be nominated to work in the specific occupation that falls within the terms of the labour agreement.
You must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or experience within a related field of the nominated occupation.
Your skills must satisfy the skills assessment process.
You must meet the minimum English Language proficiency standard.
You can only work for the nominated approved sponsor.
