    The purpose of this visa is to allow people to travel to Australia for tourism or business purposes, or to visit family, on a temporary basis. 

    For people travelling to Australia to visit family. Applicants for this visa must be sponsored by an eligible relative who lives in Australia.

    TEMPORARY WORK VISA

    • Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (TSS Visa)

    The 457 visa was abolished and replaced with the TSS visa. The TSS visa will be comprised of a Short-Term stream and Medium-Term stream. It allows you to live and work in Australia for up to 4 years (and renewable). If your occupation is on the MLTSSL and you’ve been in the country and worked for the same sponsor for 3 years, you could be nominated for a permanent residency visa through the ‘186 visa temporary resident transition stream’.

    PERMANENT 186 VISA & PROVISIONAL 494 VISA

    The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) enables Australian employers to sponsor highly skilled workers to live and work permanently in Australia.

    • Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)

    Whether you are eligible for the temporary resident transition or the direct entry option, this employer-nominated visa gives permanent residency to you and your family. We can advise you on which route to take, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    • Regional Sponsored Provisional visa (subclass 494)

    If you’re sponsored on this visa, your employer must be based in a designated regional area. You will need a skill assessment and the employer obligations also apply.

    TEMPORARY ACTIVITY VISAS

    • Subclass 400 Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa

    The purpose of this visa is to allow people to travel to Australia for short-term, highly specialised, non-ongoing work.

    • Subclass 403 Temporary Work (International Relations) visa

    The purpose of this visa is to allow people to travel to Australia for short-term, highly specialised, non-ongoing work.

    • Subclass 407 Training visa
    The Training visa allows people to undertake occupational training in Australia to meet occupational registration or licensing requirements; to enhance skills in their occupation; or for capacity building overseas.
    • Subclass 408 Temporary Activity visa

    LABOUR AGREEMENT
    Labour agreements allow approved businesses to sponsor foreign employees when there is a proven need that cannot be fulfilled in the Australian labour market and temporary or permanent standard migration arrangements are not acceptable.
