You must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the nominated occupation or a related field of that occupation.
Your skills must satisfy the skills assessment that is required for the nominated occupation in the short-term occupation list.
You must meet the minimum English Language proficiency standard unless you fall into the exemption category.
You must only work for the nominated approved sponsor or their associated business entity unless you fall into the exempted category.

BENEFITS

For people who hold a passport from Hong Kong, you will be eligible to work in Australia for up to 5 years. You will be able to depart and return to Australia as many times as you like while the visa is valid. You may be eligible to apply for Australian Permanency at the end of the visa period. However, you will not be eligible to receive government assistance for studies during the life of this visa.
