    This visa caters to individuals who are adopted by an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible NZ citizen parent residing and settled in Australia.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • You must be outside of Australia when the application is lodged and granted.
    • You must be under the age of 18 years old.
    • Your parent must be an approved sponsor.
    • You must meet the Australian health and character requirements.
