This visa caters to individuals who would like to settle and reside in Australia and who are a parent of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. The main requirement of this visa is to satisfy the balance of the family test and the processing time for this visa could be up to 4.5 years.
