Subclass 445 – Dependent Child visa (Temporary)

This visa Caters for individuals who are a child of a parent who is a holder of a temporary 309 or 820 partner visa. This visa was designed to permit dependent children of those parents who are awaiting the final decision of their permanent partner subclass 801 or 100 visa to remain in or travel to Australia to be with their parent.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

You must be financially dependent on your parent who is the holder of a temporary 309 or 820 partner visa.
Your sponsor must be the same sponsor who had sponsored your applicant parent.
You must be under the age of 18 years old.
You must meet the Australian health and character requirements.
