Subclass 482 – Temporary Skilled Shortage Visa (Temporary):

This Visa caters to people who have specific skills for a position where an Australian employer cannot fill with an Australian local. There is the short -term stream, medium to long term stream and labour agreement stream.Prospective employers are required to lodge an application nominating you. They are required to undergo Labour Market Testing unless they are exempt. Once they are approved as a sponsor, you will go through the application process.
